Hemorrhoid Skin Tag Removal

If you have many hemorrhoid skin tags or you have a rather big tag, which causes you irritation and problems, then surgical removal will be the only solution.

This in many circumstances can be done in doctor's rooms with a local anesthetic, and cauterized.

The more complex cases will actually have to be surgically removed. This is done in hospital, as a day care patient with total anesthesia.

I have kept my tag , and I would strongly recommend that you do so, unless you are at a stage where you just cannot bear to live with it anymore for the different reasons mentioned.

The reason for my above mentioned statement is that I have heard many stories went wrong with surgical removal.

Remember it is very easy to accidentally touch the wrong nerves while removing the tag, as all the nerves are piled up together in the same area.

By touching the wrong nerve, all sorts of complications may arise. The most common being incontinence of either or both urinary and or bowels.
